The Michelin star shines again at Le Prieuré-Baumanière, 6 months after the Chef’s arrival!
“For me, cooking is a show, like theater; guests should say ‘wow!’. I want to offer a cuisine that resembles me: daring, personal, and very refined. It’s done! On Monday, March 18th, the Michelin Guide awarded him a star, restoring its nobility to Le Prieuré Baumanière.
