The Michelin star shines again at Le Prieuré-Baumanière, 6 months after the Chef’s arrival!

It’s done! On Monday, March 18th, the Michelin Guide awarded him a star, restoring its nobility to Le Prieuré Baumanière.
Christophe Chiavola offers an instinctive, refined, and seasonal cuisine, saying he is “at the service of nature.”
In his dishes, you will find Mediterranean and floral notes with a touch of acidity, original and surprising flavor combinations, all while preserving the authenticity of the product and the terroir.
