The Chef
Christophe Chiavola arrived in Provence in 2013 in Saint-Rémy de Provence, where he became chef at Le Hameau des Baux, maintaining its Michelin star, then at Château de Massillan, where he earned another star.
He then decided to take a year-long break from his career in the kitchen to work as a consultant in management and creative culinary approaches.
Since May 2023, he has been at the helm of the kitchen at Le Prieuré-Baumanière, where he earned a Michelin star in just six months. Since then, he has been promoting high standards, rigor, and creativity.
