Behind this accolade lies an exceptional team: under the direction of Executive Chef Christophe Chiavola, Head Chefs Marylou and Benjamin orchestrate each dish with precision and creativity.
Laurent, Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier, sublimates every moment with a wine expertise of rare finesse.
This Michelin star would be nothing without the daily dedication of the entire team: from the chefs to the sommeliers, not forgetting the waitstaff and service staff, everyone works passionately to make each meal an exceptional moment.

The management team, Sylvie and Alexandre, are committed to offering a memorable experience, combining tradition and modernity, and because Le Prieuré-Baumanière is also a hotel, we pay tribute to all those who work to ensure that your stay is perfect, from the reception teams to the accommodation staff, whose contribution is essential to the success of this establishment.
Under the impetus of Jean-André Charial, heir to an expertise passed on with high standards and generosity, and his wife Geneviève, Le Prieuré-Baumanière continues to write its history with humility and boldness.
