It is with great pleasure that we announce that Le Prieuré Baumanière has once again been awarded a Michelin star! « Pour moi, la cuisine est un spectacle, du théâtre, les clients doivent se dire « wahou ! ». Je veux proposer une cuisine qui me ressemble, osée, personnelle et très épurée. Des saveurs où l’acidité est marquée, du croquant, pas trop de sucre, des plats en terre-mer, où le voyage des papilles passe aussi par des associations surprenantes, de la justesse dans les accords, les cuissons, les équilibres et les jus.
