The Prieuré-Baumanière will reopen its doors on Friday 29 March 2024, weather permitting.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing many moments of pleasure!
The whole team is ready for the 2024 season, which we hope will be full of reunions for our most loyal guests and new encounters.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Le Prieuré Baumanière has once again been awarded a Michelin star! 🌟

"For me, cooking is a show, a theatre, customers have to think "wow! I want to offer a cuisine that is like me, daring, personal and very simple. Flavours with strong acidity, crunchy flavours, not too much sugar, dishes with a taste of land and sea, where the taste buds are taken on a journey of surprising combinations, the right combinations, cooking, balance and juices.

It's a done deal! On Monday 18th March, the Michelin Guide awarded him a star 🌟, thus restoring the Prieuré Baumanière to its former glory.

Thank you to the Michelin Guide for your confidence and for honouring the gastronomy of our chef Christophe Chiavola, who has been awarded a Michelin star 6 months after his arrival!
