Marc Fontanne is a young chef to whom Jean André Charial has given all its faith to lead the kitchen of Le Prieuré.

He has worked in famous kitchens such as l'Auberge des Templiers, Anne Sophie Pic, Château Saint Martin, La Réserve de Beaulieu....

During 10 years alongside Yannick Franques, "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" in 2004, Marc Fontanne takes avantage of this Mediterranean experience to offer menus with the values of Baumanière, a tasty and sunny cuisine, with the collaboration of the regional producers...
